By accessing or using Clawwell's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including those who interact with Clawwell assistants via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other supported channel.
Clawwell provides AI-powered assistants designed for specific professional roles. Our assistants are accessed through messaging platforms and help with tasks such as communication drafting, scheduling, research, and workflow coordination.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using Clawwell, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and messaging platform access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Clawwell reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
You agree to use Clawwell only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use our assistants to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
Clawwell operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All content, branding, and technology powering Clawwell remain the property of Clawwell and its licensors. Output generated by your assistant in response to your instructions is yours to use, subject to these terms.
Clawwell assistants provide suggestions and drafts, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before use. Clawwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Your use of Clawwell is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your data seriously and process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
